Numerical Tools and Higher-Level Scripting

These tools are distinguished from the others because:

1. There are for numerical computational purposes (like Matlab), as opposed to symbolic computational tools (such as Mathematica), and
2. They are more specialized, higher-level languages, than, say, C/C++ or Fortran.
